Setup for 2 people with simplicity in mind, the following list is what comes with Balboa at no extra charge:

Balboa Was Amazing!
“My partner and I’s recent trip to Alaska would not have been as AMAZING as it was without Eric and his wonderful van, Balboa! From the very start (even before we booked the trip), Eric reached out to see if we had any questions, concerns, and to learn more about what experience we were hoping to have in Alaska. Being a first-time van renter, I had plenty of questions. Eric was prompt and thorough with his replies and went above and beyond to provide even more information about cool places to visit, hikes to go on, and things to do while we were touring around Alaska. In the month leading up to our trip, we corresponded plenty of times – which helped us feel confident in our decision to rent through Outdoorsy and specifically Eric. The van had everything we needed, while still being fairly simple. There was plenty of space for us to unload all of our gear (3 checked bags), get comfy, and feel good about the security the van offered. The van is also very well insulated (we experienced rain and snow during our visit) and we were not cold at all in the evenings. The bed is very comfortable and large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. Charging stations and lights powered by an additional battery in the back allowed us to keep our devices charged while not being in fear of draining the van battery. Cooking supplies, a water cooler, camp chairs, cleaning supplies, maps and atlases in the van, and so many other items we didn’t know we would need were all provided. We had zero problems with this van and are feeling very inspired to buy one just like it. Eric was super accommodating with pickup and drop off times and locations, which helped us out immensely with our flights in and out of Anchorage. I feel as if it is very well worth the price per night and would so much rather invest in this type of travel over a rental car and hotels. We had the flexibility to stay longer in towns we liked, explore places we were not planning on, and explore Alaska in a way that is not possible without a van! We highly recommend renting through Eric and experiencing van life. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Seriously. Thank you so much, Eric!!”

Awesome Rig!
“Perfect rig for our adventure, solid unit that felt new with decent enough gas mileage. If not having a lav isn’t an issue, a smaller vehicle such as this provides many advantages…..easier to drive and much easier to park for the night and much easier to roll out in the morning. Van came to us with essential equipment and some nice extras. Eric was punctual and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. Much appreciated, and a job well done. We’d do it all over.” —Rockwell
