Alaska Stoke Vans is owned and operated by Randee and Eric Kissinger. We are based in Anchorage Alaska and have two fully stocked Ram Promaster 1500, 136″ WB cargo vans ready for the road. We custom built them ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind, to help make your trip easy and to push you to get outside and explore. Our vans are fully maintained in house by certified HVAC master mechanic (Eric), and annually inspected by a factory certified dealer to ensure the vans are running properly and meet all safety standards.
A short story about us: We met in 2011 in the small town of Glenwood Springs Colorado. Eric (husband), moved across the country from his hometown of Williamsport Pennsylvania to pursue his career as a HVAC technician. Shortly after arriving in Glenwood, Eric looked at a few places to live, where he bumped into Randee (wife). Eric decided to move in with Randee and another roommate his second day ever being in town. We have lived together ever since and got married in 2015. We abruptly moved to Alaska and so thankful we did, it has changed our lives and helped us discovery our little tiny camper van business, that we just love.
We have owned 3 camper vans since marriage (sold our first, 2001 VW Eurovan). Van life has become a big part of who we are and our preferred method of travel when we get spare time. Let us share our passion with you, come travel Alaska in style.

Great Times!Eric’s van Balboa was the absolute perfect vehicle for our Alaskan trip through the Kenai peninsula and up to Denali. It has everything that you would need, from the spacious interior, to all the cooking and camping gear you would want for an Alaskan van expedition. The bed was super comfortable for two people and had enough room for me (6ft tall) to completely stretch out with a great amount of storage space for luggage and hiking gear underneath. Eric was great to rent from and had very professional, transparent and consistent communication throughout the whole process. He even gave us a ride back to our friends house in downtown Anchorage after we returned the van. If you are considering renting Balboa from Eric, then go ahead and do it. You will not be disappointed. — Dan
